Overview
Membercentric provides you with all the neccessary tools to store, organise and retrieve your Company and contact information. Our highly flexible contact management area allows a combination of indiviual records and company based records. So whether you offer corporate or individual membership (or both) membercentric can accomodate your requirements.

Searching contact information
There are no restrictions on the number of records that can be stored (subject to our fair use policy). All of your companies and contacts can be easily searched using all or part of the name.
Notes
Record notes on conversations or general commments that you wish to make on certain companies or contacts. Notes can either be private (seen only by yourself) or public (seen by the rest of your team).
User defined fields
Our experience ensures that we will provide you with most of the fields you will need. However we appreciate that every membership body is different. In order to cater for your unique requirements we can offer the use of 'user defined fields'. These are fields that are not shown at the outset, however are reserved for individual clients. These can be setup during the installation process.
