Overview
Membercentric understands that communication with your members or potential members is one of your most important functions. Therefore we have invested a great deal of time on providing a set of 'easy to use' tools to help you perform your marketing tasks.

List creation
With a database full of contact, member or prospect information you need to organise things into logical groups of data. Membercentric allows you to create two main types of list.
Free lists - Here you simply select people from the database and drop them into your list. This list can then be called upon at any time.
Criteria based lists - Here you simply input the criteria you would like to have for your list. ie All contacts with 'Mr' in the title. The list is then automatically saved based on your criteria and can then be called upon at any time.
Exporting data
Now that you have created your lists you want to get the data out. This has traditionally been difficult for users. We have created an export tool that takes all the thinking out of 'getting data out'.
Simply select the lists that you wish to include or exclude in your export. Perform a count so you know the quantities and output the data into a common format such as Microsoft Excel.
Newsletters
Membercentric comes with a Newsletter template tool. Based on your web designs (or whatever designs you choose) the user can create an email based newsletter.
This can then be sent to individual addresses or to an export file that has been created.
