Resource management

Overview

The content of any website is in part made up of documents and images. Membercentric provides the tools in order to upload both these resources and organise them in a consistent and logical format. This gives the user a useful library of resources that can be called upon at any time.

Images

Using the upload manager the image is given a title and description, in order to locate it easily in the future. Images are then grouped into galleries. Galleries can be for internal puposes or can be presented on the website. For example you may create a galery relating to an event or conference that has just taken place. That way they are all stored in one place and can be distributed easily to your website visitors.

Documents

The document manager provides the tools neccessary for the user to upload documents in an ordered and logical manner. As with images they are given titles and descriptions for retrieval purposes.

Documents can be in any format such as Word, Excel, pdf. Documents are then organised into folders in order that they can be easily found in the future.

Summary

We understand that website content is much more than a series of pages. Documents and images account for an essential part of your material and as a result we have created a tool that helps you to manage your resources with ease and efficiency.
