At Membercentric we have tried to keep the pricing as simple and transparent as possible. Therefore two of our three packages have a clear fixed monthly price.

If you represent a larger organisation you will have some idea of the costs involved. However for an accurate figure we really need to assess your requirements in a bit more detail in order to negociate the right package. In some circumstances large volume (in terms of users) discounts are available.

We are happy to review your individual circumstances at any time. So if you grow or indeed reduce in size we are committed to offering you a package that suits you.

The market place is full of software which is "price on application". We want to be different by offering simple monthly costs that you control. This way you can decide quickly whether Membercentric has a place in your membership body.

SINGLE USER - from £49.99 per month

Membership bodies are not usually in the business of making money. This is especially true when there are only a few people in the adminstrative team. In these circumstances managing the running costs are as important as ever. However at Membercentric we see no reason why this should stop you having the highest quality membership management solution. Some companies charge based on the number of members which of mis-represents the size of your organisation. Therefore we feel that a simple monthly charge based on the staff who are going to manage the membership. Perhaps you are a small society or club. You may not even have a fixed location. Membercentric is an internet ready solution with transparent costs.

CONNECT - from £199.99 per month

Moving to the next tier Membercentric Connect is aimed at small to medium membership bodies who work in small teams. The Connect version comes with five user licences and can be extended to ten user licences however under these circumstances we would recommend a review and possible upgrade to an Enterprise Level package.

Perhaps your team are all based at the same location or work remotely. Either way Membercentric will give you the tools to work together, efficiently and for a competitive monthly cost.

ENTERPRISE - Individually priced per month

Once the size of a membership body admin team hits ten or more we try to offer a degree of flexibilty in our pricing. Indeed there may be a better way for us to calculate your monthly subscription oher than simply the number of users. That is why if you have more than ten internal staff who will use the system we ask that you get in touch, tell us a little more about your requirements and we will come up with the right monthly package.
